薪酬福利情况(工厂)：
1、工作制为5天8小时，加班费按照劳动法计算。所有一线员工、技能工人等实行QR奖金及绩效奖金政策,收入水平远高于市场水平。
2、每月15号准时发放工资，进厂即按劳动法要求购买社保，住房公积金；
3、公司提供高标准、干静和安全的宿舍条件（2-6人间，全新空调或风扇，配有热水器，饮水机）；
4、享有国家法律/法规规定的法定节假日以及婚假、产假、丧假、工伤假等，工作满1年后享有10天年假；
5、公司会定期安排举行旅游活动；
6、生活娱乐设施健全，厂区设有：有篮球场、兵乓球室，桌球室、员工活动休闲吧及培训活动中心等，业余康乐活动丰富多彩；
